Transforming Student Services at NIDA
Since joining NIDA, Jack has been passionate about strengthening the experience students have outside the classroom and ensuring the systems that support them are just as considered as the education they receive. A significant part of this work has been the continued development of NIDA’s Student Services function, bringing together people, processes and systems to create a more connected approach to supporting students.
