Mental Health First Aid - Australia

"I am very proud to say that I am now an accredited Mental Health First Aid Australia Instructor!

Myself and 16 others spent the entire week in Sydney with two great trainers learning the ins and outs of the Standard, Mental Health First Aid Course and after a written exam and a 40 minutes presentation we can now run and facilitate this this amazing course. I am very excited to be running my first course in August for some amazing student leaders and student life staff at the University of Sydney!

I believe, Mental Health is so important for everyone, and this training informs, inspires and teaches you what to do in an emergency, just like Medical First Aid!
