Transforming Student Services at NIDA
Since joining NIDA, Jack has been passionate about strengthening the experience students have outside the classroom and ensuring the systems that support them are just as considered as the education they receive.

A significant part of this work has been the continued development of NIDA’s Student Services function, bringing together people, processes and systems to create a more connected approach to supporting students.
This has included centralising services through the Student Hub, strengthening academic administration, improving how students access support and investing in the people and structures needed to deliver a great student experience.
For Jack, this work has never just been about creating more efficient processes. It is about making sure students know where to go, receive consistent support and feel connected to the institution around them.
There is always more work to do, but seeing Student Services continue to grow and evolve has been one of the highlights of Jack’s time at NIDA.
